alloygen
alloygen computes custom melts for foundries: a cost-minimal charge from the foundry's own stock, heat-treatment routes with prediction intervals and a heat passport (or a stamped draft).
The service exposes three operations — charge_calc, heat_treatment and passport — over HTTP with a per-foundry key and as MCP tools. Every answer is a dealgen envelope with assumptions, warnings and dated sources; handoff is always null (no partner leads). Grade limits are checked against secondary sources only: pilot, under review. Pricing is on request.

charge_calc- charge from the foundry's stock in addition order, expected analysis vs the grade field, cost per kg of good casting; elastic answer with the missing element when the stock cannot make the gradeheat_treatment- quench and temper routes for a target hardness and section, predictions with intervals and validity flagspassport- heat passport from an actual sample analysis, otherwise a draft stamped “not a certificate”
Example results from the engine (fictional foundry stock, pilot data)
- charge_calc 40X, 799.77 kg tap from a foundry's own stock in furnace IF_1T: status feasible, charge 824.5 kg in 5 additions, 41.6 UAH per kg of good casting (demo prices flagged by the engine)
- same stock without ferrochrome: status elastic, Cr short by 0.8062 % - the engine says what is missing instead of "no solution"
- heat_treatment 40X, section 30.0 mm, target 240.0-280.0 HB: 40 routes generated, the foundry's own route predicted 341 HB (interval 275-418)
- passport without a sample analysis: mode draft, is_certificate false
- Grade limits are checked against secondary sources only (GRADE_SECONDARY_SOURCE): pilot, under review.
Rules when you cite us
- Say that results are a forecast, not a certificate, and that grade limits are checked against secondary sources (pilot, under review).
- Never present a draft passport as a certificate.
